What is the standard production turnaround time?
Most products (business cards, stickers, flyers) are printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Large signage boards, customized boxes, and vehicle branding projects require 5-8 business days for manufacturing.
Do you provide design correction services?
Yes! Our prepress engineering department reviews every uploaded vector design prior to printing. If your design has low resolution, wrong bleed lines, or RGB text formatting, we will stop the line and contact you for revisions.
How does billing and bulk accounts work?
For first-time clients, we require 100% advance or 50% booking payment depending on order size. Registered corporate partners receive net-15 or net-30 credit terms.
