1. Print Production Proofing

Technosolz Print provides digital soft-proofs for confirmation. It is the customer\'s responsibility to inspect spelling, grammar, logo margins, bleed placements, and image resolution prior to final manufacturing approval. We do not issue refunds for typographical layout errors approved by the client.

2. Color Variations & Accuracy

Due to chemical and mechanical variations inherent in CMYK offset printing, slight color variations of up to 5-10% from digital screen previews may occur. Accurate matching requires specifying exact Pantone solid colors prior to production order booking.

3. Cancellations & Returns

All custom printing requests are manufactured bespoke to order. Once soft-proofs are approved and the printing presses are locked, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. In case of shipping damage or manufacturer defects, please register support tickets within 48 hours of cargo arrival.
